Here is what the gmail app looks like on my Blackberry. Note that I am using the gmail app, as opposed to the Blackberry push mail.
Gmail on my pc and gmail on my BB are in synch with each other. Changes on one device appear instantly, or close enough, on the other.
Labels are the Crux of this System
Gmail allows you to label, or tag, your emails. Take advantage of this.
How to add next actions to projects
Do not hit reply.
Compose a new email.
Go to inbox and add approp. labels. This way you get a next action in the subject line.
